Fashion designing is a very lucrative profession these days. With the fashion industry booming and evolving continuously, more and more students are opting for fashion designing courses to pursue after their intermediate or graduation course. National Institute of design-NID

It was established under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and is being run from over 50 years. It brings along a combination of one of the finest curriculum and faculty in the field of fashion designing. This centre is located in Ahmedabad , Gujarat.
This is a comparatively newer institute, having been set up in 2003, but has been successful in earning a great reputation sooner than any institute. This private institute has its programmes approved by Nottingham Trent University, UK. Its tie up list ranges from institutes in London, Toronto, Tokyo and Germany. It has its centres set up in New Delhi, Jaipur and Chennai.
